Official Rules for the $1000 Gift Card Giveaway

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO PARTICIPATE IN THIS PROMOTION. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW, RULE, OR REGULATION. A PURCHASE WILL NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

1. Quality Home Services 4936 E. Ashlan Ave Fresno, CA 93726 ("Sponsor") will award one (1) Grand Prize Winner. The prize period begins March 7, 2026 and ends June 24, 2026 with the Grand Prize Drawing held on July 1, 2026. There will be one (1) Grand Prize Winner of the $1000 Gift Card Giveaway to The Home Depot®. All entry forms submitted in the entry box at The Home Depot® stores will be collected weekly up until the drawing date. From all eligible entries received, Sponsor will randomly select a winner and notify winner by phone. Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to suspend, modify, or terminate this promotion without notice at anytime. This promotion may be conducted in conjunction with other Sponsor promotions.
2. Promotion entrants must (a) be twenty one (21) years of age or older as of the time of entering this promotion. Purchase is not required to win. Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, co-branded partners, consultants, contractors, advertising, public relations, promotion, fulfillment and marketing agencies, and their immediate families (and those living in their same households) are not eligible to participate in this promotion. 
3. The Grand Prize Winner will receive a $1000 Home Depot Gift Card. The "$1000 Gift Card Giveaway to The Home Depot®" is not a Home Depot promotion. The maximum retail value of the Grand Prize is a $1000 value. All expenses not specifically provided for are the sole responsibility of the Grand Prize Winner. All dollars are expressed in U.S. currency. No transfers, substitution in prize or cash will be allowed except by Sponsor, who may substitute a prize, the Grand Prize Winner assumes full ownership and responsibility for the prize.
4. To qualify to receive the Grand Prize, the Grand Prize Winner must comply with all Official Rules instructions and requirements, as well as have met all the eligibility requirements set forth within these Official Rules; otherwise the Grand Prize Winner will be disqualified and the prize will be forfeited, and an alternative Grand Prize Winner will be selected. Winner will be required to sign a Winner's Release Form and returned within ten (10) days from the date it was sent or another winner may be selected. Acceptance or use of the prize constitutes permission for Sponsor and its affiliates to use the recipient's name and likeness for advertising and promotional purposes without compensation, unless otherwise prohibited by law. 
5. Liability for any applicable taxes, including all federal, state, and local taxes and/or other fees that may apply to prizes are the sole responsibility of the Grand Prize Winner. Any required tax reporting form will be furnished to the Internal Revenue Service and State Tax Agency. Entries that are lost, late, illegible, or incomplete for any reason will not be eligible. Sponsor reserves the right to modify or terminate this promotion at any time or disqualify any person in who's name the winning home is titled.

7. For the name of the winner of the "$1000 Gift Card Giveaway to The Home Depot®," send a self-addressed stamped envelope to: Quality Home Services, 4936 E. Ashlan Ave Fresno, CA 93726 or call Quality Home Services (800) 964-9283 or (833) 400-7093. You acknowledge that by completing the Official Entry Form, you may be subjected to telephone, email, and/or text message solicitations. Exact odds of winning are determined by the number of entries received. Based on previous sweepstakes, approximate odds of winning are 1 in 50,000.
