It's crucial to distinguish between SunPower™ Corporation and Quality Home Services. While SunPower's financial restructuring is underway, Quality Home Services remains a family-owned and operated business, proudly serving the Central Valley since 1985. Our legacy of nearly 40 years is built on trust, excellence, and an unwavering dedication to our customers.​

What Happened to SunPower™?

  • SunPower™ declared bankruptcy, but its assets were acquired by SunStrong.
  • SunStrong now owns SunPower’s lease portfolio (important for customers with leased systems).
  • Quality Home Services is no longer affiliated with SunPower™, but we continue to support our customers.

Is My SunPower™ Warranty Still Valid?

Yes, but labor costs are no longer covered.

  • Maxeon will still replace defective panels under warranty.
  • Enphase will still replace faulty microinverters under warranty.
  • However, SunPower is no longer covering labor costs for replacements. Homeowners are responsible for any labor fees.

SunStrong may handle service for leased customers—check with them first.

What do I do if I can't log into the MySunPower monitoring app?

If you're unable to log into the MySunPower monitoring app, you'll need to contact SunStrong to request admin access.
