    How can I be sure my panels are working?

        Customers have the ability to monitor their solar system. If you have any questions about whether your panels are performing, you can contact our solar service department and they’d be happy to help. Just contact us at www.SolarbyQHS.com.

    Will I still be able to monitor my panel production?

        Yes! The ability to monitor your system will still be available to you. If you have any questions on how to monitor your system, contact our solar service team HERE.

    How do I know if my lease agreement is being honored?

        One way to find out if your agreement is still being honored is to monitor your panels to see if they’re producing power. If you still have questions, you can contact our solar service department by contacting us HERE and we will be happy to answer any questions you may have!

    Do I need to keep paying my monthly payments?

        Yes. Should you stop payments, your solar system will be turned off.

    Is my lease agreement still intact?

        Yes, your agreement is still intact and your financier will continue to enforce the agreement.
