My Generac generator was delivered, placed, and installed by Generator Team 2 yesterday and today. Although the electrical installation is not yet complete, I feel compelled to document how pleased I am to this point with the entire team who has brought us to this point. All are very thorough, courteous, and professional. Team 2 is "number one in my book." Friendly, courteous, respectful, professional, knowledgeable, clean, and detail oriented. I had another major project going on at my home while Team was doing their work. The worked seamlessly together, and meshed well with my family. Based on all of the great work that has been done to this point, I anticipate that the final electrical installation will go smoothly. I could not be happier, and would easily recommend Quality Home Services extended team to anyone.

Chris and his crew did the underground hook up to the generator for the gas and electricity. Jose and his helper did all the wiring of Generator output to the Install of the Transfer switch, added a gutter box under the main house power panel to connect ALL of the power from the solar, generator and to PG&E house panel. Entire crew was professional, excellent workers and cleaned up after. All 3 city inspections , underground, electrical and FINAL passed without any complications. Would not hesitate to use again if I install anything else. Thanks Guys.......

Tehrance was out this morning to complete your promises to me. And he did a stellar job. He was well within the time frame Jason and I planned. He was very courteous, kind and very, very knowledgeable. He had the garage located system up and running in no time flat; he carefully explained it all to me and documented well the work he was doing. I mentioned that you had informed me the fresh water faucet in the kitchen worked independently from the water softener system and although he was unaware of any issue with it, he came right inside and set to fixing it. While he performed alot of work to do what he needed to do; he realized that the reason we were not getting water is because the water to that faucet had been turned off during the previous service a month or so ago and wasn't turned back on after the filter changes.. He also flushed a/the lines and cleared out a bunch of gunk that I would imagine should have been done also during the previous visit. Tehrance is a goldmine, guys. Having owned 10 retail shoppes at one time, I know the value of good staff and Tehrance is so definitely a keeper!

We just bought the Rain Soft mid-range package, so I'll need to give a review of the product at a later date, but this review is regarding our installation experience, which was excellent. 3 workers in 2 vans came to my house, and spent just about 3 hours here in total. In that time they installed my kitchen sink dispenser and connected it to my fridge, installed the 2 big tanks in my garage, and taught my husband and me, individually, how to use & maintain the system. During this time, they were all extremely pleasant and very quick to explain everything they were doing and answer any questions we had. They were nice men who were sociable and held conversation well, and they were very respectful of the fact that my husband had worked the night before and was asleep through most of their visit. They were as quiet as one could be while drilling holes into my house. Based on my installation experience, I would definitely recommend doing business with this company.
