For over 34 years, Quality Home Services has been a proud part of the communities we serve. Our number one concern during this time is the health of our employees and our customers.

Every truck in our fleet carries hand sanitizer and disinfectant surface spray for frequent cleaning of hands, tools, and surfaces. Our representatives, technicians and installers are washing hands frequently and cleaning our equipment multiple times each day.

We have implemented social-distancing protocols, and are refraining from shaking hands while we maintain a respectful distance. Upon completion of any work, our installers will thoroughly disinfect the work area before leaving your home.

  • Tehrance was out this morning to complete your promises to me. And he did a stellar job. He was well within the time frame Jason and I planned. He was very courteous, kind and very, very knowledgeable. He had the garage located system up and running in no time flat; he carefully explained it all to me and documented well the work he was doing. I mentioned that you had informed me the fresh water faucet in the kitchen worked independently from the water softener system and although he was unaware of any issue with it, he came right inside and set to fixing it. While he performed alot of work to do what he needed to do; he realized that the reason we were not getting water is because the water to that faucet had been turned off during the previous service a month or so ago and wasn't turned back on after the filter changes.. He also flushed a/the lines and cleared out a bunch of gunk that I would imagine should have been done also during the previous visit. Tehrance is a goldmine, guys. Having owned 10 retail shoppes at one time, I know the value of good staff and Tehrance is so definitely a keeper!
